How To Order:
Just click on any "add to cart" button, to add an item to your shopping basket. Then when you have finished shopping, you just press the "checkout" button on your basket page, and fill in your credit card information (this page is 100% Secure – SSL Encrypted). To order online is very simple, but please contact us if you have any problems placing your order online.

Order Status:
With our online order status tracking, you can check out exactly where your order is, without even picking up your phone or having to email us. We send you a unique order number by email as soon as you place your order, and with your order number you can simply check your order status, find out when your item was shipped and track it every step of the way, from our warehouse to your doorstep all from your computer, with no hassle at all.

Shipping Time & Costs:
UPS, next day, 2 day, 3 day, or UPS ground shipping are all available at different prices. When you add an item to your basket you are given an estimate of all above shipping rates, and the actual amount will be given to you when you checkout (before you make payment).

Returns Policy:
Should you wish to return an item for any reason, simply follow the "Return" instructions on the back of your invoice. You may return any item for an exchange or store credit, if it is within 30 days from the shipping date. Just fill out step one indicating the reason for the return (use the specified reason codes provided) and for step two, just indicate if you want an exchange, refund or store credit. Enclosed this form back into the box and send it to the address on the invoice. Outside the 30 day period, items are guaranteed by the product manufacturers’ warranty.
