The talking feature is brilliant, it gives me a lot more motivation to actually get up on time in the morning, instead of shutting off and ignoring an annoying screeching alarm. Ellie on 2004-10-10 I find the talking feature puts me in a much more pleasant frame of mine waking up in the morning than the beeping alarm. Also, all the different features like the temperature reading get my mind moving in the morning too, which makes it easier to get up especially if I already know it's going to be a nice day. It looks really nice in my minimalist room with laminate floors too.
