The first time I used it and saw how much it improved my floors, my jaw dropped in disbelief. My entire family is begging to borrow it for their own houses. Diana R on 2005-06-19 I've owned personal steam cleaners before and they're ok for spot cleaning, but honestly I've never found one that works as well as the ones the pros use - until this one. This is the only personal steam cleaner I've ever used that hasn't disappointed me and it ended up costing about half of what most of the others ones do.
