When your metabolism is high and you're hot, the Chillow® is cool and refreshing. I've tried cooling pillows before but they always ended up clammy, lumpy and uncomfortable. But not the Chillow! I sleep on it every night and it really helps to keep me cool enough to get a decent night's sleep. It's perfect for anyone living in a muggy climate like me. Goldie on 2005-01-17 I actually teach fitness dance classes 5 times a week, and even though I'm in great shape, so much demand on my joints takes its toll at the end of the week, especially on my shoulders. But after a nice bath, laying down with the Chillow under my back while I channel-surf fixes me right up and I really love how I never have to remember to refrigerate it either.
