It's so much fun to use, I've already lost 10 pounds in the last four weeks. The KO Kick Boxer gave me the motivation I needed! I love the fact that I can practice kicking and punching, and the equipment is really sturdy. This is one piece of exercise equipment I know I'll use forever.
