But now I can give myself a really relaxing massage every single day if I want one. I know it's not quite the human touch, but for the cost of basically two visits to a masseuse, I can enjoy the benefits of massage every day. Sitting in the cushion really relaxes me, but it's not so distracting that I can't watch TV or read at the same time. My back has improved a lot since I got it.
