Puzzles are the ultimate test of oneﾒs brainpower, and like all good puzzle-addicts, the harder and more difficult the puzzle is the more we want to crack it. However a new decade (OK, we know weﾒre already two years into it but please bear with us!) needs a new mind-bending, head-scratching puzzle that leaves you tearing out your hair at the frustration of not being able to solve it. In the Eighties we had the Rubikﾒs Cube to keep us happily chewing off our fingernails, and then in the noughties we had simple yet deadly Sudoku puzzles to help us to dust off our rusty mathematical skills. Now we are in 2012, we need a puzzle that combines both the sheer difficulty of the Rubikﾒs Cube and the fun and joy of solving a Sudoku grid. The puzzle that weﾒre all itching to get our hands on is the Sudoku Cube 3D Challenge.
The Sudoku Cube 3D Challenge is a puzzle, Jim, but as we know it! Closely resembling the aforementioned Rubikﾒs Cube, you may be wondering what it is thatﾒs so special about this puzzle cube. Well, take a closer look and you will see that instead of having colored cube faces, the Sudoku Cube 3D Challenge has numbered cube faces. Thatﾒs right, the Sudoku Cube 3D Challenge is a puzzle mash-up of the Rubikﾒs Cube and the Sudoku grid! The clue is in the name, though, so if you hadnﾒt already guessed that you probably want to stop reading and find yourself a simpler puzzle to start with! The Sudoku Cube 3D Challenge is effectively a Rubikﾒs Cube puzzle, but instead of solving it by lining up the colored faces, itﾒs solved by lining the numbers 1 to 9 so that they appear only once on all 6 sides of the cube.
